Do we need a Shopify plan before you start?
Yes — you'll need an active Shopify store; we design and build on top of your existing plan rather than managing that subscription for you.
Can you customize a theme we already bought, or does it have to be from scratch?
Either. A lot of our Shopify work is customizing an existing theme rather than a full rebuild — we'll recommend whichever is actually more cost-effective once we've seen it.
Do you also do Shopify Plus or headless builds?
We can — tell us your plan and requirements during scoping and we'll confirm the right approach.
Will our store still work with Shopify apps we already use?
Custom theme work is built to stay compatible with standard Shopify apps. If a specific app has known conflicts, we'll flag it before starting.
